Do you provide a fixed price before work starts?

Yes. Following a site visit and review of your drawings, we provide a detailed, itemised quotation with a fixed price and programme. You’ll know the full cost and scope before we lift a tool.

Do you work to an architect’s drawings, or can you design too?

Both. We regularly build to drawings from leading architects, and we can also introduce you to trusted design partners and assist with the planning and building-control process where needed.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope — an extension may run 6–26 weeks, a full new build or major refurbishment considerably longer. We agree a clear programme up front and keep you updated at every stage.

Are you insured and accredited?

Fully. We carry comprehensive insurance and work with vetted, qualified trades to current building standards. Warranty cover is provided on our work for your peace of mind.
